I almost didn’t write this

I almost didn’t write this. It’s Friday at 7 a.m. as I write and I normally write my newsletter on Thursday, at the latest. I didn’t think I had much to share.

But then I remembered that even though this paper snowman may not be “much”, he might make you happy. Using paper as an art medium is certainly making me happy! The snowman is going to be part of an animation, soon.

On that note, I know not all of you are interested in animation. So I’m thinking on the timing of this newsletter, whether I want to continue a weekly rhythm or something else. I don’t want my emails to simply be another email filling your inbox. More on that, soon.

But if you’re interested and you missed it, here’s an animation I created right before Thanksgiving. The ladybugs were made with paper, paint, and ink.
